These biltong knives sport a hollow ground sheepfoot blade made from 7Cr17Mov stainless steel allowing the biltong knife to slice through your favourite biltong with the minimum of effort. The genuine cattle bone handle extends in girth from the stainless steel bolster allowing it to sit comfortably in your hand.
Each Biltong Knife is supplied with a silver coin. In some cultures, traditionally when a knife is presented as a gift, the receiver should in return give the person who gave the knife a silver coin. Lest the blade sever the Friendship.
For the traditionalist, either carry your biltong knife in your pocket or in the White velvet pouch supplied for scratch proof carry.
