Steel mount ring pair, Steel (magnetic) w/ a cast texture, does not appear to be machined.
Fits a 1" monotube. Width: ±15.7mm w/ 1x hex locking screws on each side
Mount rings are unlined on the inside, however, a touch of insulation tape should do the trick. The interior of the rings is finely grooved along with their circular form.
No peepholes / solid
Mounts by means of two separate clamps (one on each side). These should fit a dovetail railing fine enough if using a cheaper telescope.
Included in this package: An appropriately sized steel Allen key for fastening all the necessary lockscrews.
All lockscrews on these mounts are steel and whilst being incredibly robust as a result, they can and will strip out the threaded aluminum holes, whilst themselves being susceptible to corrosion.
The tops of the mount rings are rounded, lending a more traditional/vintage appearance to the mount rings.
Both clamps at the bottom are separate pieces and will allow for firm fastening to the dovetail railing. These are by no means precision mounts, therefore, for plinking and pest control, these should be fine enough. Also, these ring mounts are steel and as such, if clamped too tight around your telescope, they might damage the telescope's outer tube. Moreover, they might likely scratch your rifle tube if affixed w/out added padding to the mount rings' inner diameter, so please affix with due care.
